Pain-Free Fitness is a daily 10-minute routine.
We provide 10-minute sessions centered around your area of pain. In each session you will be taken through a daily ‘challenge’ to get your heart rate up, a mobility exercise to improve your flexibility, and a joint stability exercise to help control your range of motion. Additionally - you’ll get several low-impact 10-minute workouts that are designed to avoid loading your problem areas.
